We know that the pieces you’ve chosen are both beautiful and fragile. We partner with experienced shipping carriers to ensure your décor accents arrive safely, securely, and on time.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders containing fragile or oversized items, such as large vases, may require an additional day for careful packing. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, package dimensions, and your delivery location. We often offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders above a certain threshold.
Domestic Shipping Options
We provide the following tiers for domestic delivery:
- Standard Ground: Estimated 3-5 business days.
- Expedited (2-Day): Estimated 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
We gladly ship to many international destinations. International delivery times vary widely based on customs clearance and local postal services. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. We encourage you to monitor the tracking link for delivery updates. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us.
Special Handling for Fragile Items
Our vases and bowls are carefully wrapped with protective materials. However, we highly recommend that someone is available to receive the package directly, as delivery personnel may leave packages unattended. We are not responsible for theft or damage that occurs after successful delivery.
